An Administration Building will soon rise at the Casiguran Campus and the information Technology (InfoTech) Building at the Zabali Campus through the initiative of College President Dr. Eusebio V. Angara.

According to Pres. Angara he first requested funding from the Deparment of Budget and Management (DBM). When personally asked by DBM what his priorities were, the College president answered that he wants to create an Administration Building for the Casiguran Campus and an Info Tech Building for the Zabali Campus. Not knowing if the proposed plan will be approved by DBM, Pres. Angara requested from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for the budget instead.

After the proposed budget for the construction of the Administration building was approved, an amount totaling to PhP 3,227,550.00 was released by CHED.

However, with the twist of faith, DBM recently released an amount of P 3,550,000.00 under the General Appropriations Act for year 2013 for the construction of the same building.

Hence the College President, wrote to CHED that the supposed budget for the construction of the Admin Building in Casiguran Campus will now be used to establish the InfoTech Building in Zabali Campus. Now, two buildings will be soon created for the development and enhancement of ASCOT, as the college constantly provide quality education to its students. (C.T. Olivar)
