ASCOT Celebrates its 20th Founding Anniversary

The Aurora State College of Technology, the first and only State College in the province is commemorating its twenty (20) years of service to the people of Aurora. ASCOT was founded on December 30, 1993 by the virtue of Republic Act No. 7664.

In line with the ASCOT’s 20th Founding Anniversary, the College has set a weeklong celebration with the theme, “Twenty years after…A Wonderful life”.

Among the highlights of the celebration which is scheduled from December 16-20, 2013 includes the Run for ASCOT 2013, Search for Mr. and Ms. ASCOT 2013, Gala Night and Christmas Party and the most awaited Street Dancing Competition-Bakawan Festival.

Various competitions were also lined up for the week in a series of literacy, musical, talent, and arts contests. Symposiums on Drug Addiction, Accounting Matters and Earthquake and Fire Drills were also included in the list of activities.

ASCOT invites all ASCOTIANS including its Alumni, former Personnel and benefactors to attend and participate on this momentous event.
