The event was organized to honor the men and women behind the success of every ASCOTIANS and to show gratitude for their countless effort and unwavering commitment to ASCOT. Moreover, the celebration also aims to promote and celebrate heroism in public service.
The College President, Dr. Eusebio V. Angara extends his sincerest gratitude to all the teachers for not only performing their duties in teaching but most for being real mentors and role models to their students making them real heroes on this age. He pointed out that it takes a farfetched dedication, knowledge and patience to teach a class full of sharp and inquisitive students.
Meanwhile, Vice President for Administration, Dr. Gerardo S. Rillon’s address was centered on the Civil Service Month theme, “Tapat na Serbisyo Alay Ko, Dahil Lingkod Bayani Ako”. He encourages and inspires all the ASCOT Personnel to be at their best in performing their duties and responsibilities and be guided with the civil service code on their journey as Lingkod Bayan-i.
A scintillating program was organized by the different student organizations headed by the Supreme College Student Council to show respect and gratitude to their mentors through dance and song presentations. Meanwhile, the ASCOT Officials and Administrative Staff also offer a tribute to the teaching personnel through their own version of Hawak Kamay.
