As ASCOT welcomes 2015, the College will also have its new Head in the person of Dr. Evi Q. Fontanos, Vice President for Academic Affairs who was designated by CHED Chairperson Patricia Licuanan as Officer-In-Charge of the Office of the College President thru CHED Special Order No. 01, Series of 2015. Her appointment as OIC President took effect on January 05, 2015 until the Board of Trustees have elected a new President. As such, Dr. Fontanos will perform the duties and responsibilities of the College President.

Furthermore, she is also required to submit reports to the Board of Trustees regarding her actions taken in the performance of her duties as OIC and shall maintain the stability and regularity of the academics and administrative operations of the College. Starting with her new designation, Dr. Evi Q. Fontanos ordered to retain all designated positions of all Academic Directors, Non-Academic Directors and Unit Heads on a hold-over capacity and expressed her anticipation for the cooperation and commitment of everyone in performing their jobs in ASCOT.
